I want more information about what each version of cricket is all about?

If you want to know more about the different competitions (Junior Blasters, Master Blasters, Junior Cricket Level 1 and Junior Cricket), you can read about them under the "Play Cricket" menu option on our website.

As a guide:

  • Players aged 5 to 8 - Junior Blasters
  • Players aged Under 9 - Master Blasters (formerly Super Sixes)
  • Players aged Under 10/11 - Junior Cricket Level 1
  • Players aged Under 13 to 16- Junior Cricket
(Unfortunately, we aren't (yet) in a position to offer teams older than this, but we are working on it!)
Can girls play?Absolutely!  We have an all girls Master Blasters team and ran a Girls Cricket Clinic in September 2018.

Players registering for Junior Cricket must have a TLCC Club shirt (shirts from 2016/17 season are perfectly fine).  Please purchase this from the Online Shop during the registration process if required.  Note, it can be purchased at a later time if required.
What do I need to have to register?

New to cricket? Register here. playcricket.com.au

Important - you need to ensure you register to play with TLCC on our site (the green button below).

Payment options include direct deposit, credit card and cheque.

For uniforms and merchandise purchased from our online shop, a number of pickup times will be organised (from The Lakes College).  We will email you when your goods are available for collection.

Can I choose what team I'm in?

To a degree.  In the "Notes" section of the registration process, please indicate there if you have any preferences on who you would like to play with, or if you'd prefer to play in a grade that is not where you would typically play etc.  We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we can't guarantee that we will meet everyone's preferences.
