With record numbers across all age groups and programs, our community spirit has never been stronger. 2025–26 is set to be a milestone year for the Knights, and we can’t wait to see our players back on the field representing our club with pride!

This season marks an incredible step forward for cricket in our region. Withmore teams than ever beforecompeting in theBrisbane North Junior Cricket Association (BNJCA)and a thrivingWoolworths Cricket Blastersprogram, The Lakes Knights are officiallysetting the standard as the largest junior cricket community!

We’re so proud of how far our club has come — from humble beginnings to a strong, family-focused community where every child can learn, grow, and love the game.

🧒 Woolworths Cricket Blasters 2025–26

OurWoolworths Cricket Blastersprogram is the perfect introduction to cricket for our youngest players — packed with fun, friends, and skill-building in a safe, supportive environment.

Program Details:

• Start Date:Friday,10th and 17th October 2025

• Venue:both Woodside and Burpengary

• Session Time: 5:15 PM – 7:30 PM

• Programs Offered:

  • 🟢Junior Blasters (Ages <10)– Learn the basics with fun games and activities and Play modified matches in a team environment

What to Bring:

• Hat, water bottle, and sunscreen

• Comfortable sports shoes

• A big smile and team spirit! 😄

All registered Blasters will receive theirofficial Woolworths Cricket Blast pack— including a personalised shirt and bat.

🏆 Junior Cricket Season Information

Ourjunior cricket teamswill take to the field fromSaturday, 11th October 2025, with all draws and team allocations now available viaPlayHQ.

Age Groups & Competitions:

• U10–U16 teams competing in BNJCA competitions

• Mixed and all-girls teams

• Games played across the north Brisbane region

Training & Uniforms:

• Coaches and managers have communicated training schedules

• Pre-ordered uniforms and training shirts are being distributed before Round 1

🚨🚨U12 Premiership Winners 🚨🚨

Massive congrats to Coach Pete, manager Dan and the under 12s Winter team on their premiership today. 

Winning the toss and batting first they put on an imposing 302/4 off 35 overs. Massive congrats to Sabbi 53* , Jackson 50* and a captains knock from Jett with 55*. 

A fantastic bowling effort restricted a very good Ferny Team to 125 all out. Jeremy with 2/4 off 3 overs, Maxi with 1/3 off 3 overs the pick of the bowlers. 

Congratulations to U12 Blue player Angus Bryson for taking out the Senior Player of the season.
